Frequently asked Questions

Most orders will arrive in 3-7 days, but can be as soon as 1-2 days. The time it will take for your order to arrive varies on a few things. Depending on location, orders placed on Thursday and Friday may not not be shipped until Monday. Only shipping methods that can deliver your order within 3 days are used, so the product is always frozen and in excellent condition. We offer expedited shipping options with fees based on weight and location.

Perishable items cannot be returned by mail. If you receive a damaged or defective perishable item, please contact us with the following information:

  • Order number for the item
  • Date of arrival
  • Condition of item at time of arrival
  • Detailed explanation of the issue
  • Whether you want a refund or replacement

You can update your address in the Address section of My Accounts. If your order has been placed please call 605-845-2271 to ensure the change has been recognized in time for your delivery.

When your order is placed an email will be sent to the shipping email address provided.

You can get customer support by going to the “Contact Us” section and supplying your contact information with a message stating your concern. A team member will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Contact us immediately to see if your order has shipped, and provide the correct shipping address. If the order has already begun the shipping process, we cannot change it or cancel it.

We only ship in the United States. If ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, contact us to see if shipping is possible.

The number of packages your items will come in is determined by the size of your order.
